| I don't know what cold weather is where you live, but here it is minus twenty (Celcius). I always wear skirts, and of course I cover my legs in the winter. I have a nice selection of pantyhose of different thicknesses, colors and design, and shopping them is just as fun as shopping other garments. You wear others shoes in the winter, and when it is too cold to be a lady I have a pair of pumps waiting for me at the office. Some say that is a sign of vanity, but I think it is fun. |

They can be worn for a fashion statement or depending on weight, for more warmth. (1)As man, would you want to walk around in them everyday? Well we don't want to wear them either. They are just another layer we have to peel off during restroom visits. (2) They are not compatible with all styles of shoes. Nobody wants that pesky toe seam showing in their cute, open toe Jimmy Choo's. (3) They are considered by many as old fashioned- for your granny. Many of them are great when it starts getting colder, but during the summer, they are just a hassle. (4) They are a little more formal. A woman may wear them with a cocktail dress, but not with a short sundress. And as for other men.... I have a very large host of guy friends and almost all of them do not like the idea of tights, nylons, leggings etc just because its too difficult. Guys like easy access if you know what I mean.....
